For this, I’ve partnered with a free network of like-minded people who, like me, want to break down the boundaries of today’s world. In technology, in forms of organisation, in ways of working together. How can we cooperate more meaningfully? What implementation tools do we need? Together with our clients we create new ‘boxes’, i.e. patterns of thought and action that lead to the goal. Playful, exploratory, problem-solving, and, above all, positive. Because we can do with that in these times.

About my own personal career: I come from a classic consulting firm, where I followed a path from junior to management. Then there was the question: What happens now? Was that it? I wanted to make more of a difference in the big picture, too. With a company that I could shape from the ground up the way I wanted and, most importantly, the way the market and the times demand today. So I decided to trade security for freedom. Together with partners who think the same way. With them I’ve organised myself in a ‘powerhouse’, deliberately not as a ‘consultancy’ or ‘service’. Precisely because we want to get power on the road together and accompany our customers all the way, from A to Z. We empower teams and leaders so they can master the tasks ahead – and have fun doing it.

Everything I’m good at comes together in newboxes. The precise, problem-solving approach of the trained mechanical engineer, combined with the forward-looking view of the strategist and consultant who looks more at the big picture. In addition, I like to bring people together who are just really good in their field. I am an enthusiastic networker and firmly convinced that the best ideas for the benefit of the customer simply emerge from the open collaboration of brilliant minds. And that’s what matters.
